We are a custom software development company proficient in mobile and web app development. We are looking for a project manager. This role involves managing remote teams, working with international clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Conditions: Fully remote Test period 1 month Fluent English is crucial KPI + Bonuses for upsells Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team. Understand client needs, and translate them into clear technical requirements. Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Create detailed project plans and schedules using tools like Jira, Trello Assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress. Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if using Agile). Maintain all project documentation: SOWs, specs, meeting notes, and reports. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc. Understanding of basic software development processes, APIs, databases, and cloud services. Knowledge of QA processes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication (especially with international clients). Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management.
