Responsibilities: Lead generation using various media (LinkedIn, Events, etc.); Drafting, polishing, and using pitches to promote our services and special offers; Defining and executing an outreach strategy to maximize conversion; Providing advice on corporate process and ways to improve it; Working together with the team, sharing knowledge and learning from other members; Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities; Conducting market researches; Effectively engaging with the clients, identifying needs, and matching against company's capabilities; Connecting the prospects with the sales/technical team and overseeing the transition process; Maintaining information on hot prospects in CRM prior to handover to the sales team; Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results; Enjoying time spent with colleagues ;) Requirements: 1+ years with a record of successful engagements; Understanding of IT in general and outsourcing business in particular; Education: BS or MS in business, marketing or related field. Language skills: English - Professional working/full professional proficiency.
